Who We Are and What We Do

We are driven by curiosity, empathy, and a strong commitment to promoting women's wellness.

Our work begins with identifying the challenges and opportunities that shape women's lives in our communities. From there, we craft practical and impactful solutions.

Currently, our focus is on 'preventive female healthcare,' addressing both physical and mental health issues across adolescents and the elderly.

Our Initiatives
We are currently running various initiatives on physical and mental health, especially prevention, for adolescents to elderly women.

Cervical Cancer Prevention - HPV Vaccination

Promotes HPV vaccination and cancer screenings to reduce cervical cancer cases.

WHY ? Cervical cancer is the 10th most common cancer among women in Singapore. It is primarily caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). While proven-effective HPV vaccines exist, adoption rates remain low, and opportunities for improving cancer screening actions are significant..

EmpowerED
Supports adolescents with mental health challenges, especially eating disorders.

WHY ? Mental health issues like eating disorders are on the rise among teens, requiring urgent attention and tailored support. Studies show that 7.4% of females aged 12 to 26 are at risk of developing an eating disorder. Additionally, 1 in 3 youths in Singapore report symptoms of sadness, anxiety, and loneliness, highlighting the need for immediate intervention

OMA
Provides emotional and logistical support for female cancer patients and caregivers

WHY? Female cancer patients and caregivers often face significant emotional and financial challenges, with many struggling to access preventive care. Art and craft workshops provide stress relief and emotional support, improving well-being for both groups. We also raise funds to help women take proactive steps in cancer prevention and ease their financial burdens.

AllaboutScoliosis
Promoting early detection and providing support for students living with scoliosis

WHY? Scoliosis has a higher prevalence among girls than boys(2 times vs boys).   Early detection and intervention of scoliosis is essential to prevent physical and mental

 challenges.
